Terms of Service

These terms apply to RejectProof (App Store Preflight, "the service"), available at https://rejectproof.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

You drop an iOS build (.ipa or .app.zip) into your browser and answer a short questionnaire. The free report is based on your answers and basic build metadata. The paid report checks the build against a list of common App Store Review rejection reasons and gives you the guideline number, the evidence found in your build, and a suggested fix.

No guarantee of approval

App Review is performed by Apple. RejectProof is a pre-check tool, not a certification. A clean report does not guarantee that Apple will approve your app, and a flagged item does not guarantee a rejection. Design, content and business-model decisions are out of scope. You remain responsible for your submission.

Pricing and credits

• One app: US$12 for 1 credit. Five apps: US$39 for 5 credits. Prices exclude VAT/sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
• One credit unlocks the full scan of one app (bundle id) and unlimited re-scans of that bundle id for 3 days from the first paid scan, using the re-scan link on the report.
• Credits are tied to the email address used at checkout, do not expire, and are not transferable.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, taxes and receipts. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: if the scan fails on your build and we cannot fix it, we refund; otherwise, as a digital product delivered instantly, sales are final.

Acceptable use

• Only scan builds you own or are authorised to analyse.
• Do not attempt to abuse the free tier, the credit system or the webhook endpoints.
• Do not use the service to build a competing automated service without permission.

Your data and your build

Your binary is never uploaded. The analysis runs in your browser and only a small JSON summary is sent to our server, which you can review before it is sent. Details are in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We may change the checks, prices or these terms at any time; changes apply to future purchases. We may suspend the service for maintenance or discontinue it; unused credits will be refunded if the service is discontinued.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue from a delayed or rejected app.
